Singapore

Net Employment Outlook: +14%

What's Notable: The most optimistic sectors in Singapore are finance, insurance and real estate, and wholesale and retail trade. Both have a net employment outlook of +18%. Five of the seven industry sectors in Singapore show quarter-to-quarter improvements. The same number showed a decline year-to-year.

Taiwan

Net Employment Outlook: +17%

What's Notable: Transportation and utilities jobs in Taiwan show the most optimism, with a net employment outlook of +26%. The manufacturing sector expects the least growth, with an outlook of only +4%.

Brazil

Net Employment Outlook: +21%

What's Notable: All industry sectors and regions of the country reported positive hiring intentions. The services sector was the most optimistic, at +33%.
